Fireworks Application & Information
The fireworks application and information below pertains to both retail sales and displays for fireworks. All information and permits below will satisfy the requirements of Sni Valley Fire and/or City of Oak Grove and Bates City. For added convenience, there are some of the required forms below that can be filled out online and then printed. Otherwise, all permit forms are within the Fireworks Application Booklet and can be completed by hand. All retail sales must complete the Fireworks Permit Application listed below. If you are having a fireworks display, you must complete the Fireworks Permit Application and the Fireworks Display Permit Application.
