To provide for the safety and security of employees and the facilities at Sni Valley, only authorized visitors are allowed in the workplace. Restricting unauthorized visitors helps maintain safety standards, protects against theft, ensures security of equipment, protects confidential information, safeguards employee welfare, and avoids potential distractions and disturbances.
During normal business hours, (8 AM - 5PM, monday - friday) all visitors should enter Sni Valley at the main entrance. Authorized visitors, those having business to conduct with the District, will receive directions or be escorted to their destination. Employees are responsible for the conduct and safety of their visitors.
Outside of normal business hours, visitors must have permission of the on-duty Captain to enter the premises. No visitor(s) will be allowed to remain on District property past 10 PM.
The use of District computers by visitors, without the expressed consent of the on-duty Captain, is prohibited.
If an unauthorized individual is observed on Sni Valley's premises, employees should immediately notify their supervisor or, if necessary, direct the individual to the main entrance.
No visitors will be left in a District building unattended while on-duty personnel respond to an incident.
