Eligible employees at Sni Valley are provided a wide range of benefits. A number of the programs (such as workers' compensation, state disability, and unemployment insurance) cover all employees in the manner prescribed by law.
Benefits eligibility is dependent upon a variety of factors, including employee classification. Your supervisor can identify the programs for which you are eligible. A summary of many of these programs can be found elsewhere in the employee handbook.

Some benefit programs require contributions from employees. Health insurance is provided for the employee with the District contributing up to $475.00 for family coverage. Dental insurance is provided for the employee with a cost share of 50% for family coverage. This applies to employees hired after November 1, 2004.
