Non-Disclosure
The protection of confidential information is vital to the interests and the success of Sni Valley. Such confidential information includes, but is not limited to, the following examples:
* patient information * information relating to any emergency incident * proposed bond issues relating to land acquisition* information regarding any personnel matter* software programs developed for use by the District* data contained in any software program or electronic information systems utilized by Sni Valley (e.g. electronic mail, faxes, etc.)
Employees/members who improperly use or disclose confidential information will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment/membership, even if they do not actually benefit from the disclosed information.
